I need advice on getting pregnant

Have sex regularly but especially during ovulation week. I used to buy those ovulation tests to help pinpoint when I was ovulating. 
Drop any bad habits, smoking, drinking, too much caffeine etc eat healthy and exercise. 
If you haven’t had a physical checkup in the last year I would get that done (with a Pap smear) and try using preseed lube. It’s baby making friendly lube, helps the swimmers get to where they are going unlike the regular lube that stops them in their tracks. Baby dust ✨

Have sex after your period ends. Through out your cycle until next period is due if you have regular periods. Don’t trust the app for ovulation, but ovulation tests if you want to see when you get the surge.
