pregnancy after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage July 19th at 8weeks and on September 8th I took another test since my period has yet to come back after almost two month. I never once had a period before I took the test, I just took it to confirm the obvious but this is what I got. It only shows the positive line not both lines. What do you think ladies?
