Hey, yesterday after masturbating (I used my pillow, not hands) i touched my clit and it burned like hell. I looked at it and next to the top of my clit there's like a red circle and it looks like the first layer of my skin was cut or rubbed off. It's only a little bit red than the normal color of my skin. It burns a bit less when I touch it compared to yesterday...

I have no idea how I could have cut myself or something. Should I be worried about it being an infection or spreading or is it because of me rubbing it on my pillow ? I wore underwear so I have no idea how it could've happen. Could It be some sort of an infection ? I'm a virgin so it can't be an std . Please help, I'm driving myself crazy and the next appointment available is 2 weeks from now !!!
