Edited: Do OBs count chemical pregnancies as a miscarriage?

I have now had 2 chemicals and we are still trying to conceive. Just curious for those that have had them, does you OB count them as a miscarriage/pregnancy in your history? And when you have gotten successfully pregnant after a chemical, do you consider that a rainbow baby? It seems like there is such a weird stigma around chemicals that because they are early, some people don’t grieve them and count them as a miscarriage?

EDITED: my ob is aware of the chemicals and has confirmed both with blood work
