So I have PCOS and have miscarried a total of 4 times and have one babygirl who I was on progesterone supplements with for the first three months of my pregnancy with her. The last two times I miscarried I was on supplements but had more bleeding and cramping with them and eventually miscarried. Normally right at 6 weeks. Well currently I am 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I have been going in FOR BLOOD DRAWS since I found out I was pregnant: these have been my numbers

09/03: HCG 115 / 19.4 progesterone 4 wk 3 day

09/06: HCG 384 / 19.4 progesterone 4wk 6 day

09/09: HCG 1,197/18.4 progesterone 5 wk 2 day

09/11: HCG 2,222/13.3 progesterone 5 wk 4 day

Now I never received a positive OPK so I’m not exactly sure what day I ovulated but based on tests I’m assuming this is how far along I am. Anyways They have upped my Progesterone pills to 2x a day verses just one and now I’m freaking out because of how much lower it got. They are doing an ultrasound on Monday to see if they can see the sac. But m so nervous and worried as to why it’s going down. Mind you we also just found out I have a horrible bladder infection with blood in my urine and I am now taking antibiotics and am also very very lightly spotting still. You only see it when I wipe and it’s very faint! But someone please give me stories of similar situation and successful pregnancies!?
