Placenta capsules...?

Did y’all encapsulate your placenta? If so how did you feel postpartum? Did you notice a difference in happiness? Emotions? Mindset? 
I am curious if it truly helps!

No, absolutely not!! Your body dispose of it for a reason. Animals eat it to avoid attracting predators.

I did! With my first. It was a girl. Totally helped! My hubs would ask me if I took my “crazy” pills if I was getting way emotional or something PP. Most the time I was due for a dose. It really helped me come down and stay level headed I feel like. 
I didn’t do it with my son cuz I was a lot more stable with him, but I did save it for a few weeks just in case. 
I’m pregnant with our second daughter and plan on doing it cuz this pregnancy has already been 1000% emotionally harder on me so I can only imagine what PP would be like if I don’t encapsulate.

I did it with my son. I started having anxiety and racing thoughts at night (just a “me” problem, not the placentas fault) so I stopped because the placenta pills can be a stimulant. Which is good for new moms! But since my mind was already going a mile a minute I didn’t want any help. I felt very happy and healthy the first few weeks pp when I was taking them and I think being so content helped my milk come in STRONG.
