Leg cramps
I know the leg cramps are normal, but has anyone had a leg cramp and then their calf hurt for days after ward? It feels like I worked out my one calf for hours lol. It’s been a couple of days and it’s still sore. Granted it was the worst cramp I’ve ever had, but just wondering if anyone else has had the soreness for so long following.
