Am I crazy for being annoyed?!

Okay so we’ve talked about marriage in person before and decided that we can’t afford a wedding right now. We joke about running off and eloping just us two. I normally talk about things like this in person so it was weird texting about it to begin with. Don’t know why I did lol but I’m so annoyed with his response! So the texting portion was fine but I brought it up in person right away and he acted like I was crazy! He said he had no idea I was talking about marriage and thought I meant we’re just going to go on a random vacation. Am I crazy ?! I’m obviously talking about marriage, right? And he seems like he obviously understood it in my text, right?! It’s not a huge deal if he wants to wait or anything at all I just hate when people play stupid and try to make me look crazy! Ugh rant over 🤦🏻‍♀️
