I had a blighted ovum diagnosed around 8 weeks back in April. I found out and then naturally miscarried.

Got pregnant again in July - at 6.5 and 8.5 weeks we saw a strong heartbeat, was told risk of loss was low. I went in again at 9.5 for ultrasound and genetic testing and was told the baby had stopped growing at 9 weeks and heartbeat was gone (on my birthday 😞).

Scheduled for a D&C next week and will have testing on the fetus and full work up on me and my husband. We already had carrier testing - nothing negative was identified. Progesterone was 16.5 when pregnancy was confirmed at 4 weeks but baby developed fine so they stopped testing after good measurements throughout. The yolk sac and gestational sac all looked normal to the doctors.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Any advice? I just turned 31 today... No known family fertility issues on either side and no health issues to date. Hoping for some answers...
