Please help! I’m looking for anyone who has had the same experience as me. I was tested in a 24/hour urine for this rare adrenal tumour. When it comes to the total Metanephrine creatinine ratio I’m more than double the normal value. Everything I’ve looked at (scholarly articles through sites I’ve learned in nursing like pubmed, etc) indicate that I have this tumour. However, all other markers are normal including the regular metanephrine range. But still I hear it’s positive? I also hear such thing as false positives? Can someone please help shed some light until I can get a hold of the ER doctor? (I have no family doctor). This is such a rare tumour that information is also hard to find
