Sleeping a lot

My little man has been sleeping a lot the last few Days. He has been pretty fussy but sleeps a lot. Usually only if I am holding him. If I put him down he cries and cries. I don't know what to do, I've given gas drops, gripe water,Tylenol, tummy massages, everything and nothing works. Someone help me to understand what's wrong or what I can do to help. He is 10w.
