36 weeks+5 early..early labor sign?

So i was at the doctors on tuesday and they checked me for the first time. Im 2 CM dialated, this is my 3rd pregnancy but I've had to be induced both other times for going 2 weeks over my due date. My problem right now is that my baby girl feels so low it feels like shes literally in my birth canal, its really hard to describe but its so much pressure and lightening pains shooting through my vagina. When she moves it literally feels like shes coming out.. ive never experienced this with either of my boys im just curious if any other ladies are experiencing this. My water has never broken on its own but i was thinking it could be a bulging water bag that hasn't broken yet but i don't know! Im so confused on whats going on any stories or experiences would really help me out right now! I'm not contracting and i haven't lost my mucus plug.
