Nexplanon insertion site blister????

I got my implant on the 26th of August, i can feel it under my skin and I’ve been spotting so I know it’s in the right place...recently, I’ve noticed this bump where the needle entered my arm. I just thought it was scar tissue, but I’m not entirely sure. The red dot is what I’m talking about. Is it infected? What do I do?

I got the implant a year ago and I do have a scar from the incision. It very well could have gotten infected like any cut or wound could but I believed you are alright. It doesn't look bad from the photo but if you're worried then I would clean it every night and put neosporin on it.
