So I have been doing alot of research just to understand more about breastfeeding. I just find it so amazing and the more I learn the longer I want to breastfeed. While I was researching I came across an article that mentions its important when it comes to the time of day. So if I pump I need to make sure I write the time on the bag so I dont give my LO milk I pumped at 9pm in the morning or morning milk at night. I am EBF but have wanted to start pumping to start a stash just in case hubby and I want a date night or something. Is this something that is true?
