Can I be pregnant??

I have milky discharge and my boobs have been sore for a couple of weeks now my nipples are also very sensitive to touch feeling nauseous on and off weird taste in foods i used to eat.

I also had pink light spotting for 4 days, 2 days after I tested and got a faint line. Then this morning I tested again and it came back negative using different hpt brand. Could i be pregnant or nah? I’m confused now 😞
