Husband's new co-worker looks like ex "mistress"

My husband had an emotional affair some years ago. It wasn't a once off, it lasted for at least one year. Nothing sexual happened though, this is something I do believe as my husband told every little detail I asked for. And I told him I wanted a divorce, so he had nothing to lose by telling/ not telling me.

I don't want to hear anything about how it's my stupidity for staying with a cheater. We have a lot of years behind us and he went for therapy. There have not been any issues for about two years now.

However, he has a new lady that started working with him... And she looks almost exactly like this stupid woman he had the affair with (just a younger version). Before I get any backlash for calling the woman stupid, she knew he was married and she is married herself, WITH kids.

My heart sank when I saw this. I don't know if he realises how similar they look and it's just thrown up all these past feelings.

I'm not looking for advice really, just want to let this out. I have no one to talk to.
