Second Trimester leg pain
I was at the store yesterday with my mother in law and I noticed a calf pain in my right leg while in the car. I used to be an athlete and I’d usually ignore those pains and just drink water. I did that and were fine to roam about the store. I got home around 6:30 and I started to lie down around 7:30. The pain started to come back around the time I was falling asleep which was 10:30 or so. I drunk more water (even though I knew I was going to have to get up in a few hrs for the bathroom) & ended up going to sleep. I just woke up at 3:15AM with the worst knee to calf to foot pain in my life! I can barely stand and have not stopped crying. It feels like a cramped charlie horse and I hate those. Amy husband isn’t here to massage it out and I’m the only one in my house. How do I get rid or at least alleviate this pain? I’m 25 weeks + 2 days pregnant.
