Baby led weaning mamas, what do you feed your babies for breakfast lunch and dinner?

Yes I know they still need breastmilk/formula till they’re 1.

Breakfast is usually smoothie, oatmeal, fruit or eggs. Snacks we will do string cheese, yogurt or some fruit. Lunch varies a lot on what I’m eating but easy ones when he can’t have what I’m having are bread slices with peanut butter with some form or fruit or veggie on the side or a dr. Praegar veggie patty (he really likes them). Dinner is also a modified version of what I’m making for dinner (his modified mostly for sodium content and texture so proteins and such I will salt mostly after I take his portion out and veggies I will make a little soggier for him). But he LOVES proteins (chicken, steak, lamb, shrimp, fish, pork). But seriously try not to over think but rather think of meal ideas that you can all have as a family. For example last night I made breaded chicken breast with a garlic spaghetti on the side and a side of sautéed spinach in garlic. For the chicken, pan seared his first without breading and no sodium seasoning, pasta was simple with garlic, olive oil and spaghetti (he was obsessed) and the spinach I ripped his up a bit more so it wasn’t so stringy. He ate everything!

A version of whatever I'm eating, cut appropriately so she can gnaw off of a big piece. For breakfast she likes Greek yogurt and fruit or buttered toast cut into long slivers. Lunch and dinner is a fist-sized (hers) piece of meat, maybe some cheese and/or a veggie. It's made me be more conscious of how I'm eating so that she can have some too 😂

4-8oz purée 
3oz baby oatmeal with spoon 
Banana slices (he doesn’t like whole bananas)
Snack: baby cookie Or graham crackers
Lunch:
Whatever I’m eating in pieces on his tray
4oz purées usually with peanut butter
Dinner: whatever we’re eating
Avocado slices
Puffs or goldfish
He also nurses every 3 hours still day and night 🙈 if we’re out I just do purées because he gets hangry quickly.
He eats WAY more than the average baby though but pretty much I let him at least try anything cooked/soft

There is nothing this child won’t stuff into her mouth. My dad calls her the food shredder. She only has 2 teeth but she eats everything that we eat except for spicy/very salty or heavily seasoned stuff.
I don’t normally have breakfast so I just give her some finger foods while I get ready for work. Peaches, cucumber, cheese, sausage, strawberries, toast...

Whatever we’re eating 😊 expect LO has an egg allergy 😩 so we’ve had to get creative with breakfast as that was our go to when we wanted something savory instead of the typical sweet breakfasts. This morning we had a potato hash: russet potatoes, black beans, and bell peppers. It was really good and super easy.

We do oatmeal with fruit in the morning. He was a little low in iron so we used the iron fortified oatmeal. For lunch he has whatever we are having. I think I am also going to make some egg and spinach that we can just heat up in the morning. He really likes eggs.
