To me they look the same, but it's still early days. When I dropped with my first pregnancy there was no doubt, the difference was so clear. But some women (like my best friend and my SIL) don't drop at all until they go into labour, so don't get discouraged if you don't. I dropped and gave birth at 40+5 and my SIL that never dropped gave birth at 38+3.

Honestly they look the same to me but looks can be deceiving. Are you able to breath significantly more easily and eat a lot more from relieved pressure on your stomach and diaphragm? Are you feeling a ton more pressure on your pelvis? Those are usually more clear cut signs you’ve dropped than anything visual. 
Also, nothing to be nervous about... women can drop months before going into the labor, and similarly some women never “drop” and go into labor suddenly and the baby engages during the labor process. It’s just whether or not the baby’s head engages early or later, but is not a tell-tale sign by any means.
