Headaches at 30 weeks

So I’ve been having headaches here and there through the day , nothing too bad were I have to take any pills to relieve the pain but I’m still worried since it is a sign of preeclampsia. I did get preeclampsia w/ my daughter at 39 weeks so I’m always overthinking stuff 😭 . My blood pressure has been excellent but my doctor hasn’t tested my urine for protein yet . I have an appointment Thursday .
