My biological dad has never been a good dad he chose his absuive wife over his kids. I've asked him to try to video call his grandson he never does. He says hes too broke to send Christmas presents but post new tattoos on facebook. Im having my step father adopt me hes been my "dad" since I was 3. How do I tell my biological father. I know hes gonna be pissed and so will his parents / siblings who I still see sometimes
