Your milk will never leave.
My son will be 2 in January and my milk still flows , nature way is primary . As long as you keep baby on the breast and intake water the milk will flow, no need to try anything outside of your body. Meditation would be the 3rd remedy besides breastfeeding and skin to skin. #breastisbest #breastpower
