How will I do it???

Im not sure if this is the right group, but I’m wondering if there are any mommies out there that have more than 1 kid and are currently living in an apartment or something that has more than one story. Im currently living in the 2nd floor of an apt complex. I have a 1 year old and im currently 11 wks and just the thought of juggling two babies up the stairs drives me crazy. So im just looking for ideas on how to handle the whole situation or at least how do you guys do it.
