3rd trimester back pain
I am having AWFUL back pain. I already had back problems prior to pregnancy because of an injury. But this does not compare. What do you do to get relief? I also can’t take Tylenol because I’ve been having bad headaches and I have to stop with the Tylenol to reduce the risk of rebound headaches. 😭
I use a heating pad but only for 10 minutes or so. I’ve read you should use them for long.
