When did you stop room-sharing?

Currently have an almost 3 year old still in my bed. He wakes up in the morning and snuggles up to me and tells me he missed me while he was sleeping. I melt. He can stay forever 😂

3years old. It was the smoothest transition ever.

We moved her at seven months. We planned to keep her in with us longer but she started sticking her legs straight up in the air and slamming them down repeatedly in her sleep. She would be sound asleep doing it multiple times a night but my husband and I were wide awake and exhausted after a few nights of that, so she had to go. She transitioned so easily though.

Still sharing at 2 years old but it’s mostly because my son has Autism and cannot left alone for his own safety

She was 5 months when we moved her into her own room. I still have to get up 4 times a night to feed her. 🤪🤪🤪

Well he slept in his own crib in his nursery from like 6 months to 9 months, but has since been in the bed with us. He is now 14 months and still in our bed .. lol. I love the cuddling but with baby #2 otw, I really don’t recommend this as it has been EXTREMELY hard to get him back in his crib.

We stopped just after she turned 2 but that's when we weaned from breastfeeding too so she started sleeping though the night so it was easier.

He kept getting too excited to see us when he would wake up early in naps, so we had to transition him to his own room at 3 months. I wanted to wait until 4 months, but he just would not sleep if we were anywhere near him.
