Disciplining myself (eating healthy)

I LOVE snacks ! Literally . But I’m also trying to lose weight and knows I have to cut out snacks . And I just can’t . For the past week I said I was done but the next day I eat some snacks 🙄 are there any ways you disciplined yourself ?? Any tricks ? Tips ? Advice ? Recommendations? Anything would help ! Thank you in advance ❤️ I also drink about 7-8 cups of water a day. Is there AT HOME workout y’all do ? How many miles or minutes do y’all walk a day (or whenever y’all do walk)
