Gestational Diabetes

OK ladies I need some advice.I have gestational diabetes ive had a really hard time keeping my sugar under control.I had an ultrasound to check the growth of my daughter and fluid on tuesday at 35 weeks and 5 days, the ultrasound tech said she weighed 7.5lbs already! I had an appointment with my OB right after my ultrasound and he told me he wanted to deliver my daughter via C-Section due to her already being so big. I immediately told him I did not want a C-Section to just induce me at 37-38 weeks. He told me he could not induce me due to induction a baby with gestational diabetes could result in breathing distress.What I dont understand is hes telling me one thing but my last pregnancy I had gestational diabetes as well and he induced me at 38 weeks but never mentioned any of that before....I dont know what to do I am terrified of the thought of a C-Section i dont want one but hes basically telling me I have to have one i dont know what to do 😭
