Breast milk to formula ratio
Hi Mamas,
pumping at work as a teacher has been challenging and I am starting to not be able to keep up. My daughter eats about 4oz every 3 hours of breastmilk.
If I substitute one 4oz breastmilk for a formula bottle how much do I give? I’m having trouble finding a conversion chart.
