I need help

So like I started my period a couple days ago and my period has been regular for the past 3 years. This happened out of the blue but for the past couple of days my period has just been like really dark. It’s not brown but it’s like a rest faint red. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before even when I was just starting my period. Can someone help me pls
