Will my hair color turn out?

So I’m originally dark headed and I bleached my hair last night and it turned out this orangish yellow color. I’m trying to go bright blonde. Will I need to do another bleach treatment or should the blonde color cover this up?

Answer

No blonde dye will cover up any darkness or the orange in your hair. You will need to do probably a good few sessions of bleach for it to lighten up first but I don’t recommend doing this at home. It can cause a lot of damage and could end up real patchy too. I’m no hair dresser but I’ve learned a lot from my own mistakes and watching some YouTube videos. If you want to get to super light Color i’d recommend getting full head of highlights and building on it. Good luck.
