do I have celiac??

I’ve always had a gluten sensitivity and my stomach would hurt and sometimes I would get exzcema on my arms because of it. I got tested for celiac when I was young (like 5 or 6) and it was negative. now I’m 13 and I still eat gluten because I can deal with a stomach ache but this whole week I have had diarrhea and really painful stomach aches (like a 7 out of 10) and gas and I’ve felt really sick. I didn’t go to school on Tuesday (the day it started) and Wednesday. on Wednesday I didn’t have diarrhea just a REALLY PAINFUL stomach ache that would come in and out with gas associated with it. I went to school on Thursday and Friday and I had really painful gas pains in the morning. and when I pooped on Thursday and Friday it was like diarrhea and hurt like diarrhea but it only happened once. my mom said it’s just a stomach bug but I felt fine until I had a cookie with gluten in it this morning. then I started having diarrhea again and SUPER PAINFUL stomach aches. should I get tested for celiac again??? please respond!!!
