Had my baby yesterday evening and

He won't wake up to eat. I had him last night at 6:05pm, and he had some fluid so he had to stay skin to skin and "grunt" for a while. Once he worked it out, they allowed me to nurse him. It hasn't been going well, so I've been trying to hand express. I can't get anything to come out. It's been 3 hours since he last ate, and I need to wake him up. Please help, mamas. I wasn't successful the first time I tried to breastfeed, but I'm so determined this time around. I've got him down to his diaper now and we're skin to skin, but he's fast asleep.
