Advice for reduced movement ?
I’m 37+2. So this morning I woke up feeling like I got hit by a bus. I was super tired and my whole body just ached. I also felt kinda dizzy ? Like almost dehydrated but my pee hasn’t indicated that. I also took my blood pressure and it was 131/86 which has been pretty normal for me. Also used my Doppler and picked up a good heartbeat.
Baby girl didn’t moved much except maybe a roll here or there throughout the whole morning. I thought to myself, I did work the past few days. She tends to be less active when I’m working bc I have a very labor intense, on your feet job in healthcare as a rad tech. But normally on the weekends she resets and moves a ton.
I’ve done everything I should today. I ate cereal. I chugged a cup of cranberry juice. I chugged two cups of water. I ate an apple with Nutella. I’ve been resting in bed, and again, I get a kick here or there but definitely not 10 in 2 hours so far. She’s most active around 7pm but I have my work baby shower today at 5:30pm 😩
I can’t tell if she’s just having a lazy day or if I should call my on call doctor which I’m supposed to do before going to L and D (and of course it’s one I don’t like).
Any advice ?
