Pregnant on first IVF transfer

Hello! I’ve posted several times about my anxiety through the IVF process (being my first time), but I’m blessed to say we’ve made it through to the transfer.

I transferred one high grade 5 day frozen embryo (my doc will only do 1 at a time) on Thursday 9/12 and we’re in the TWW. Obviously trying not to get my hopes up, but of course that’s nearly impossible.

I’m just asking wondering about those of you who transferred and got pregnant from the first transfer on the first cycle. We have 8 embryos (well, 7 now) and of those, 5 have been tested and found to not have any chromosomal defects.

According to our doctor, there is at least a 65% chance this embryo will implant. I’m very positive, but also understanding that there is always a chance we will have to do another transfer.

Some nice stories would be good to hear right now :)
