Pregnant while on your period??

I have a question that I’m sure is stupid... but I’m gonna ask it anyway 😜

Can you get pregnant from having sex while on your period? It’s still too early for me to test and get a real reading, but I’m still wondering.

I had a miscarriage a few months ago and started having symptoms without knowing I was pregnant the first week after conception. I’m now having a lot of the same symptoms, but surely I can’t be pregnant. Right? I googled to find some answers but got very little info from it. Can anyone help a girl out? ☺️🙏🏼 TIA!
