When you’re pregnant do your nipples hurt first and then your boobs?

My nipples started feeling tender a few days ago and today my whole breast hurts. I haven’t taken a test yet but I was curious if this was normal?

Only my boobs hurt, no nipple soreness yet and I'm 5 1/2 weeks. My boobs have been sore since I ovulated.
