Please help!!

feeling some nausea yesterday and today. I dont recall feeling like this with my periods in the past and AF is due tomorrow.

I tested 2 days ago but got a bfn. I checked my cervix position and it raised high and kind of soft and I have a milky white CM that a little stretchy but not like egg whites
