Night feedings, fitness, and me time- question
My son wakes once or twice a night to nurse and lately, I have been having a really hard time going back to sleep. Last night when I was up at midnight, I realized that I could take advantage of it and get some things done. I popped in my headphones and did some organizing in the kitchen. That got me thinking, maybe I could use the time to do some yoga.
Has anyone else done this? Do you think yoga in the middle of the night would make sleep better or worse?
