Morning sickness has disappeared... whats happening???

I am soooo nervous!! I lost my last baby at 9weeks 4 days and my morning sickness dropped off (I was vomiting almost all day everyday) this pregnancy I’m nearly nine weeks and I’m no longer vomiting and am nauseous but only if I’m not eating or at night usually.... someone tell me It’s normal 😭😭😭 saw baby at 8 weeks heartbeat at 160 and she was measuring two days behind!

Symptoms come and go so it’s normal. If you heard a heartbeat that’s a great sign. You can miscarry and still have symptoms so it doesn’t really matter either way. Better just to stay positive.

My first pregnancy I was nauseous in the evenings and was always worse if I wasn’t eating or didn’t have food in my stomach. I only threw up a few times, but did have some dry heaving if I didn’t keep the nausea under control with eating something. I have a healthy 15 month old now! Your symptoms sound perfectly normal to me.

It’s normal for them to come and go I had morning sickness through my first trimester and it was horrible I hated it I couldn’t keep most thinks down thankfully when my second trimester hit it went away
