pain after first time penetration

my boyfriend and i had sex for the first time recently, it was brief, kinda rough.. but i’m having really serious pain in my stomach and in my uterus. i’m not sure if it’s partly stress because i have to board a plane the same day, or if there’s something actually wrong. i’m 18, but i can’t face my parents to tell them anything because they’ll be really angry with me. i’m really scared
