For those that are exclusively breastfeeding (not giving any supplemental breast milk through a bottle) - how often are you pumping? Are you pumping at all?

I am a FTM and not going back to work.. how often should I be pumping? Should I be pumping at all?

The nurses at the hospital and my PED had me pumping to get my milk in and then on top of breastfeeding my LO, we would supplement with a bottle of my milk after to get weight up. We no longer need to.. so I’m curious how often if at all I should be pumping.
