I’m so confused

I was due on last Friday, I done a test that day which came negative and then I started bleeding so assumed was my period. Well 12 days later I’m still bleeding but for the last 4 days only bloody discharge.

I was confused so a friend suggested that I do a test.

Well I have done all these and they are super positive but my concern is the blood. And how ???

My doctor has just said to keep testing and return in 1-2 weeks.

I’m worried I’m just miscarrying but wouldn’t I of had positive negative not negative positive??

Helppp please any advice
