Please help

I had brown discharge when I wipe and I’m still experiencing period cramps. I’ve had 5 positive tests but all very light lines, and 1 digital. I’m absolutely terrified something is wrong and my doctor won’t even see me just said to fill a midwife form out. Please can someone help. No one at work knows either so I’m fighting the tears!!
