We have had these for over a week now..

I got told she had baby acne and it’s hormones from breastfeeding but I’ve also come out in these red bumps that itch like hell and only on my thighs and part of my arm where her neck sits when I hold her..

I have no allergies and absolutely nothing has changed in the house that I’ve recognised or can recall... I can’t find any fleas on the dogs..

What do you think this could be? Are they two completely different things?
