Wedding planning where to start

My fiancé and I are planning on getting married August 16,2020 but don’t want to announce our engagement till Christmas when we can have all our families together. But I’ve never planned a wedding so I completely stressed out don’t know where to start or what to do since I am doing most of it alone with a little help from my fiancé. Where did you start? What is important to do the first 3 months? Any tips or advice or anything is appreciated. Our colors are white, navy blue and a pinkish color.
