Help please

Well I haven’t had a period since the 25th may this year and on the 12th of this month I got what I think was my period finished 15th but considering I have not had a period for so long it was really light red/pink in colour didn’t really lose blood wasn’t enough to go on my pad only when I wiped myself (I’m normally pretty heavy)

Have anyone else had this happen
