Measuring 3 Weeks Behind

Went in for my first ultrasound today and according to my last cycle I should be 8 weeks and 2 days. Ultrasound looks like 5 or 6 weeks. A clear gestational sac and yolk sac but no visible fetal pole.

With the light spotting I had the last week (dark brown), little symptoms other than fatigue, bloat and breast tenderness that started really strong and has dwindled, I am so concerned.

Waiting for my doctor to call me back to get a second round of blood work and check my levels this week...I hate the waiting! I feel so crushed/nervous/hopeful all at the same time.

UPDATE:

HCG barely went up in 72 hours, 2881 to 2983. Doctor prepared us that the pregnancy likely isn’t viable and I’ll have an ultrasound Thursday to confirm. I’m sad and tired of waiting in limbo but still thankful we were able to conceive in the first place.
