i believe i am producing more bm than my baby needs...everytime she feeds on both sides, she ends up spitting up a lot of bm...i try to pump but i feel that if i pump before i feed, i might not leave enough for her...so ive been trying to pump afterwards...the thing is i dont think she knows when to stop when shes full therefore causing the spit up...any suggestions?? shes two months old....she does not like feeding from bottles
