How to heal cut on vagina?

I have a cut right on the outside of my vagina kinda right before the opening/ below the rectum. I’m sure it’s because i have a yeast infection and scratched which created a cut (i went to the doctor and got medication for the yeast). It’s so painful to wipe. How can i make it heal faster? How long does it generally take to heal?
