Which one for 2 kids under 5?

Two kids under five and we are a lower middle class family of four. our youngest still naps and This is a pretty big expense for us. Which would you pick and why? Any tips or hacks appreciated!!!

My personal opinion would be neither. I'd want to take them at an older age where they can enjoy it more and remember.

Disney is magical but I find that if they’re not old enough to enjoy it it’s more for the parents. I’d say 7-8 is prime minimum age for Disney. With so many under 5, it’ll be chaos and not quite magical. Legos are cool at any age though lol. Me personally, if cost were an issue, I’d save a couple years and do Disney the right way at the right time. 
And I’d do Disney world over Disney land, but I’m an east coaster and biased. 
Also, we did one of those lame time share presentations and got tickets to Disney for like $50

Why not go to a smaller amusement park?

I’d take them to Disneyland when they’re older. They won’t remember much in a few years so I’d see it as pointless since it’s so expensive. I went to some theme parks as a kid and don’t remember most of it so I wish I had waited until a few years later

Neither because they’re probably too young to enjoy much that’s offered at those two places. Your kids would probably be 100% satisfied at a local bounce house or trampoline park which is maybe $10 a piece, if even that. 
Save up and plan for a “big kids trip” in a few years when they’re old enough (and tall enough) to enjoy more and they’ll actually remember it. My parents took us (4 kids) to Disney World when we were 6, 4, and 2 (twins). Me being the oldest, I remember two things from that trip. My siblings don’t remember anything whatsoever. 
My mom wishes she would’ve waited longer to take us because now we’re all 18+ and she was never able to afford another family vacation of that magnitude. The most we ever did after that was local “must do’s” like a zoo, aquarium, county fair, etc.

I'm  going to be the complete  opposite  from every  comment..... I pick Disney.   I find legoland is better for Older  kids.  And Disney land  is perfect  for all ages.... and parents can enjoy. My daughter  went(Disney  world Orlando) when she was 7m, and again 16 m....... i will be going in dec with an 8m old and 2y4m old 🤷🏼‍♀️  the good thing about the park, if you want  u can leave for them to nap and go back afterwards. Or they can always nap there.  Also depends  on what time of year you go. I wouldn't  do a Summer trip here in Fl with them... But the weather might be nicer  in California.    I would  definitely  prep snacks, water bottles, change of clothes.   Bring a comfortable  stroller  for BOTH. Even if you need to rent one.  Park hours right now are 8am-midnight.... I would do 8-1 go to the hotel,  have lunch (cheaper than the park) nap and relax.... have dinner  and go back at 6/7pm.... stay  for the fireworks till park closes.

I picked legoland because I had to but I personally think Legoland is a waste because you have to buy the adult tickets and all you do is stand there. Disney is fun but at that young age they will be too tired by midday and itll be a waste of money. Legoland will get old for you after a few hours. I'd say go to a smaller amusement park if you have the option.

They both sound miserable with two that small. Kids that are get super hyped about small things. I'd suggest a smaller theme park or an indoor water park or something maybe.
